Internal Sales Manager IC Capital Netherlands

Main objective of the role:

Internally supports the retail team and the area sales manager in the field for CNH and IVECO financial leasing & rental products to expand business relationship and services with existing partners, importers, dealers and customers of IC Capital in a profitable way.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the first telephonic point of contact for dealers regarding pending leasing applications;
  • Provide telephonic support to the dealers on the IC Capital online dealer tools;
  • Adjust and recalculate pending leasing requests upon dealer requests;
  • Prepare and submit retail finance proposals which meet the credit policies of the Company;
  • Clearly explain the benefits of the various finance products;
  • Negotiate with customers, partners on specific transactions and aim to deliver what is ‘right’ for the customer and IC FS;
  • Build quality relationships with the dealer network, brands and end users to establish IC FS as the customer’s first choice supplier;
  • Work closely with other Company departments to ensure that service standards to dealers and customers are not compromised;
  • Work as an integral part of the sales team to deliver both individual and team business targets;
  • Prepare monthly central sales reporting in a regular and timely manner;
  • Assist management by delivering and preparing market intelligence data;
  • Prepare, analyze and follow up campaigns.

Profile, skills and competences:

  • Must have successful experience of delivering front-line sales and/or pro-active customer service, preferably at least 2/3 years (internal sales & administration). Leasing experience is a plus;
  • Understanding of the sales process of financial products and of the principles of Service quality & mindset;
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with decision makers via the telephone;
  • Sound written, numerical and analytical skills;
  • Strong knowledge of usage of the Microsoft suite of tools to maximize data analysis;
  • Proactively searching for sales opportunities;
  • Ability to work independently, take decisions appropriately and demonstrate practical application of knowledge with a highly proactive approach;
  • A self-starter with a positive flexible mental attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to take responsibility for own performance with a flexible and supportive approach to colleagues.
